“Android to all” is the current pitch by mobile phone manufacturer with their latest Android 1.6 device, the HTC Tattoo. This little wonder of a mobile phone is a creation of old school Android veteran HTC. Their experience shows a lot in the design of this mobile device. Instant access buttons for the key features of the Android OS and the Tattoo’s special functions are available for instant access thanks to the hotkeys. The design of the phone itself is very simple, with a cute etched Android logo on the back. Yes, we just love seeing that smiling little Android logo.

HTC and Google

HTC has had a very long lasting relationship with Google in regards to using the Google Android OS. The HTC Sense interface has been developed to complement the Android OS. This level of familiarity with the platform has enabled HTC to develop many good applications for their phones. With the Tattoo, this appears in the form of web integrated applications and a consolidated address book for all message archives and updates.

According to HTC Tattoo reviews, the device focuses mainly on giving its users a personalized mobile phone experience through customizability and by making the device your key gadget for connecting with friends, family and contacts.

Google Applications

Google’s Android functionalities are heavily integrated into the HTC Sense interface. Features such as Google Maps, Google Mail, Google Talk and android Market are all instantly accessible from the Sense menu. In the details released by HTC, all you need to is to get connected to an internet network, and all these features will be instantly available for you to access. This small 3G smart phone is slated to be released pretty soon, with high powered Android devices hitting the market at the end of this year; a small model like the Tattoo might just be the alternative we need.

Many mobile phone users are seriously considering HTC Tattoo, the latest Android handset from the Taiwanese mobile phone manufacturers HTC as a smart closest alternative to expensive smartphones for a relatively reasonable price, prior to its release in October. And there is no real quality that they compromise if they think about HTC Tattoo instead of a highly promoted brand for being their next mobile phone. After all, HTC Tattoo is one of the very few handsets that offer a Android platform in their user interface, while also keeping in mind the fact that Tattoo would not be the first HTC handset to be released with an Android operating system, a feature that mobile phone users are increasingly becoming aware of and are assigning a lot of weight to with every passing day.

With HTC Tattoo, you can stay updated with all the news feeds, messages and other updates on the internet in a single stream on the user friendly interface, which is easy to navigate through a 2.8 inch TFT touch screen with a QVGA display of 240 x 320 pixels. HTC Tattoo is an attractive design, and it is a very light and slim handset. Along with delivering top quality online experience, while supporting a variety of connectivity options such as 3G Network protocols, Wi-Fi, GSM and Bluetooth, HTC Tattoo also satisfies the aesthetic sense of many style conscious mobile phone users.

Some may find the 3.2 mega pixel camera of HTC Tattoo a little downside for the price, but that is a cost this handset comes with for its light weight and slim size. For those who consider camera an important feature and are looking for the nearest alternative for a better camera, should try Tattoo’s predecessor HTC Hero, which offers a 5.0 mega pixel camera. But otherwise, the specifications of both the handsets are more or less the same.

In the current times of economic problems, mobile phone users are concentrating more on getting the best value for a lower price, and if handsets like HTC Tattoo can offer them just that, they are not hesitating from giving them a serious consideration. To keep track of the latest HTC Tattoo deals then pay a visit to Moby1.

After a number of leaks during the last few months, the HTC Click has finally made its first ever official appearance. The final name for the HTC Click will be the HTC Tattoo. This shows that the phone is targeted more towards the youth segment of the market. It has a very nice design and comes with a fairly low price tag, thereby bringing the Android OS to the mass market, including the youth.

The small HTC Tattoo Reviews is the first ever Android phone from a major manufacturer to have a QVGA resistive touchscreen rather than a high – resolution HVGA capacitive screen. The manufacturer states that the resistive technology is a good idea for a 2.8 inch display like the display used on the Tattoo. It will run on a 528 MHz Qualcomm CPU and will have 256 MB of RAM. These specifications will ensure that the phone will pack in some good performance.

The top features present in the HTC Tattoo include 3G with HSDPA connectivity, GPS, Wi-Fi and a 3.2 MP camera with autofocus. An FM radio is also present in addition to an onboard digital compass and an accelerometer sensor. The specs sheet is completed by the 3.5 mm headset jack, the microSD memory card slot and a miniUSB port. The HTC Tattoo will be only the second phone from HTC to have the company’s Sense UI, the first being the HTC Hero.

The HTC Tattoo is set to see the light of day in Europe (including the UK) by the start of October and will then be released in other markets following the release in Europe. No official word has been given with regard to the price of the HTC Tattoo, but there are rumours doing the rounds that it will cost around 200 Euros (180 pounds).

Be sure to check out all the great deals for the HTC Tattoo when it comes out. One place that is good for comparing HTC Tattoo deals is Best Mobile Contracts.
